In todays times, money has been used to divide, oppress and establish a hierarchy that affords many to believe they are better than those that don't have. The line that separates the have and have-nots is growing. The have-nots are said to live in the house of the rising sun. The house of rising sun is a traditional blues metaphor for the plantation house, the prison, the bowels of poverty. House of the Rising declares that if u do have money, don't use it to oppress. Use it to uplift, to help, to spread love because you are a Blessed 1. On the same hand, if you are without money, slaving on the planation, struggling with poverty, finding yourself locked in physical spiritual emotional prisons, "the house of the rising sun" your ability to love is the key that will free you uplifting you to the status of a Blessed 1. Blessings Are Now! Ase.
